We are excited to feature one of our young talents, Stanislav Tricolici Tricollici, who works part-time as Medical Literature Monitoring Support in Pharmexonโs Pharmacovigilance department. Stanislav represents our commitment to developing young professionals and upholding the highest standards of growth and excellence. We encourage you to get to know him better through the interview below.
Can you tell us a bit about yourself, what you are studying, and what career aspirations you have?
I have been well-established in the beautiful city of Vienna for a couple of years and recently completed my bachelorโs degree in pharmacy at the University of Vienna. I am now looking forward to beginning my Master’s Degree, focusing on further enhancing my knowledge in drug safety, pharmaceutical legislation, and related fields. My career aspirations include contributing to the safety and regulation of medications.
What led you to join Pharmexon as a Medical Literature Monitoring Support, and what has your journey been like so far?
The role perfectly aligned with my career aspirations, offering me the opportunity to apply my knowledge in a practical setting. Before starting at Pharmexon, it took a lot of discipline and motivation to adapt to the complexities of pharmacy school. I’m grateful that the company’s flexibility allowed me to work remotely, even from another city. However, I always enjoy traveling to Prague to meet the team in person.
How has working at Pharmexon contributed to your personal and professional growth?
Working at Pharmexon has emphasized the importance of quality and the aspiration for continuous growth. Through constant training and experience, I have been able to deepen my understanding of pharmacovigilance, enhancing my skills and expanding my knowledge in this area. Additionally, it has solidified my desire to pursue a career in this field.
What strategies do you use to stay productive and maintain a healthy work-life balance while managing both studies and work?
The opportunity to work part-time remotely at Pharmexon has been crucial in managing this balance. To stay productive, I prioritize my tasks and set clear goals for each day. Effective time management is essential, so I rely on simple tools like to-do lists and calendar entries to keep track of deadlines and tasks, ensuring that I complete them promptly. I also dedicate certain days solely to studying and university work while reserving others for my job.
Can you share a memorable project or accomplishment at Pharmexon that youโre particularly proud of?
Each task I perform is unique and requires careful attention. Therefore, the successful completion of every task and the positive feedback from my team are valuable to me. Additionally, our team-building events are noteworthy. For example, during a recent event, we participated in various sports and enjoyed a range of outdoor activities together.
