You will be based in our office in central Prague (CR), working within an excellent environment in a friendly, professional team who will train and support you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication with project management team and suppliers
  • Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
  • Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
  • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
  • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
  • Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution
  • Assistance with registration processes for medicinal product
  • Responsible for the preparation of documents required for regulatory submission
  • Assist with procuring materials, information and other items necessary for completing project goals

Qualifications and Skills

  • Advance level of English language
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of MS office and general IT literacy
  • Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Active and positive person who is committed to action and reacts promptly
  • Well-organized person who has a good attention for details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support for Project Manager is an advantage
