Quality manager / Consultant

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality management system within the company. Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and standards. SOP tracking, revision, training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality certifications (ISO9001 + ISO17100). Monitoring changes in regulations and making necessary adjustments to company processes.
  • Auditing: Conducting internal and external audits.
  • Training and education: To conduct training programs about QA for newly hired employees.
  • Customer satisfaction: Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and implementing customer feedback.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality processes and standards.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports to the CEO and CTO on quality performance.
  • Communication: Liaison between different departments within the company to ensure a common understanding of quality standards and processes. Conducting regular meetings.

Qualifications nad Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in quality certifications (ISO9001 + ISO17100)
  • Professional level English language, since this is the official company language and all communication with clients is in English
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharma or related businesses experience or knowledge is a plus.
