The main responsibilities of the Business Development Support role consist of providing administrative support to Business Development Executives by liaising with different departments internally, preparing contracts for clients according to received specifications, and ensuring a quick turnaround of all requests from the Business Development Executive. Fully support Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of business presentations, drafting quotations, service proposals, and contractual agreements according to internal and external quality standards.
  • Ensuring that all types of contracts related to pharmaceutical services are according to pre-approved templates and that all agreements are validated and finalized as per the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Filling in RFI (Request for Information forms), filling in vendor qualification forms as required
  • Weekly analysis of pending confidentiality and commercial agreements and proposals.
  • Regularly communicate and coordinate with different departments concerning potential sales activities and contracts
  • Invoicing, follow up with the clients for overdue payments
  • Managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, videoconferences, coordinate events.
  • Prepare and update project announcement materials.
  • Communicate with clients for business related matters if needed.
  • Maintaining databases supporting the other BD Admins

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken), the position is suitable for EXPATS
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
